Walker Cole International is searching for a Vice President - Operations on behalf of a pharmaceutical company specialising in global supply of pharmaceutical products. As the Vice President - Operations, you will be based in Europe leading manufacturing activities across the region for both commercial and clinical drug product supply.
Key Responsibilities as the Vice President - Operations:
- Responsible for manufacturing strategy for a clinical and commercial pharmaceutical drug products.
- Recruit, develop and manage a team of functional leaders across Manufacturing, Process Development and Supply Chain.
- Assess, appoint and oversee contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) partners.
- As the Vice President - Operations, you will be part of global executive leadership team and play an instrumental role in the European strategic direction.
- Oversee operational excellence with a cost conscious mindset.
Key Qualifications for the Vice President - Operations:
- Bachelors, Masters or PhD in life sciences.
- Industry experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector.
- Leadership work experience Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Operations.
- Above site or large multi unit site leadership is essential.
