Contribute to the vision, execution, measurement and outcomes for a product or functional area by identifying opportunities to expand capabilities and strengthen current services. Manage relationships between internal groups on product development outcomes. Negotiate and remove any blockers to progress. Sustain transparent and consistent communications to all constituents. Be conversant on BNY agile roadmap to close gaps and improve processes vs Agile methodology and tools. Be aware and mindful of Enterprise audit / regulatory requirements for project execution and ensure proper compliance is followed. Work alongside Product Management and ensure client priorities are aligned and implemented seamlessly. Contribute and work on external client communications ensuring clear articulation of any new product or uplift. Identify and help Implement solutions and goals to improve and optimize efficient agile operation / agile maturity. Possesses curiosity to ask the hard questions, explores new ideas, and continuously learns and researches to meet goals. Strong communicator & Influencer. Possesses a "get-it-done" attitude - ability to get around roadblocks and stay focused on the vision. Organized, resourceful, and able to prioritize tasks. Has an interest in constantly learning new tools and technologies and a passion to share your knowledge with the team. Experience working in an agile environment. Experience in Project Management using JIRA & Confluence. Skills in Business Analytics using Microsoft Power BI & Tableau. Bachelor's or post graduate degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required. Relevant market / industry certifications - e.g., AAC, CCBA, CBAP. Relevant Business acumen / knowledge of: Asset Servicing: good understanding of asset servicing business. Custody Product Knowledge, specifically: Portfolio Services, i.e. Corporate Action, Income, Proxy and Class Action products.
