Interim VP of Business Banking Operations
Our client, a prominent banking organisation, is seeking a senior, interim VP of SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) Operations to develop, implement and refine their UK business banking operations strategy. This well-renowned organisation is embarking on a period of significant growth, new product launches and continued offering of best-in-class banking services for SMEs. Setting a new and robust strategic vision for the SME Operations division is paramount to that success and offers a unique and challenging opportunity for an experienced operations strategist with subject matter expertise in designing business banking operations divisions. Duties will include: Design and implement a robust and scalable operations strategy to support the development of SME banking services. Work closely with business leaders to understand company goals, vision and wider business growth strategy. Set and promote the strategic vision of the business banking operations team to enhance growth and efficiency. Lead and deliver multiple cross-functional projects. Ensure all recommendations and actions are in line with compliance and FCA regulatory obligations. Build and maintain productive and collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders across the bank. Lead and motivate a high performing team during an exciting period of change and growth. Essential experience includes: Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful operations strategies in a SME Operations division. Experience working in a senior management, VP or Director level role in SME banking operations. Proven track record of driving continuous improvement within a scaling banking organisation. Excellent analytical, organisational and project management skills. In-depth knowledge of business banking compliance and regulatory frameworks and FCA obligations. Duration:
