ADB is seeking a Vice President, Wireless to oversee an entire ADB operational profit center including safety, people, customers, and financials. This position is an effective, engaged, and accountable member of the Executive leadership team driving the strategic plan and results for their entire Wireless division. This position creates and directs operational strategies that result in accomplishing business goals, meeting department financial goals, being a successful leader of a team, and creating a reliable customer experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive wireless tower operations experience, has managed a business unit of $20M+ in revenue, and is a people-centric leader with an

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: High level leader that can successfully manage an entire Wireless division profit center including, but not limited to; operational management, people leadership, customer growth and satisfaction, and financial health Has the ability to make challenging business decisions, gain a people following, participate in and drive the company culture, hold others accountable, and manages the outcomes of results Strong, ethical, people leader who teaches, mentors, encourages growth, and upholds our company mission and values Technical knowledge of wireless construction operations including but not limited to; equipment used, labor skills needed, ground and tower technology installation practices, customer needs, future market trends, bidding projects, etc. Provides business analytics and growth projections to support the vision of the organization Highly metrics driven; fully understands and has the drive to meet Scorecards goals and follow the companies Strategic Plan including all Safety, People, Customer, and Financial goals; understands and can fully measure results on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis Has extensive business development skills with a proven history of growing a operations market by completing bids and proposals on highly complex projects for major telecom customers Ensures the financial health of their market; forecasting, JCR reviews, budget management, and overall financial results of the department High level of interdependence with division leaders internally; including, but not limited to, Human Resource, Recruiting, Fleet, Accounting, Operation Leaders, etc. Ability to be challenged, take constructive feedback, and handle a high level of challenging situations in a professional way Ability to support a fast-paced, demanding work schedule; could include late evenings and/or weekends when requested Performs other position duties when requested SUCCESS FACTORS: Travel Ability Nationwide A strong belief in ZERO- Being Safe 100% of the time is the expectation Alignment with company mission, vision, and values Strong work ethic with an ALL IN attitude Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented Strong ability to influence desired outcomes by master relationship building Strong leadership skills; can inspire and lead a team to reach common goals Strategic and forward thinking with a high level of professionalism and business acumen Proficient with Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.) WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position operates out of a temperature-controlled office or warehouse environment May visit safety sensitive jobsites; common PPE is required including hard hat, safety vest, and steel or composite toed boots EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: 10+ years of experience in an executive business management role within the telecommunications/wireless construction industry 5+ years of proven experience managing a successful profit center (division) or business required Extensive knowledge of wireless tower operations including bidding large scale projects as a general contractor and/or business owner required Bachelor's in business preferred, but not required ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
