The Richmond Primary Academy is recruiting for a very special person to be our Vice Principal (Inclusion).

We are one of the newest members of The David Ross Education Trust and are on a unique journey to provide the children of Skegness with an unrivalled education. To do this we need someone outstanding.

As a non-class-based Vice Principal, your responsibility will be to set the strategic academic direction for the academy, with a focus on Inclusion and SEND. About the role

Welcomed to the David Ross Education Trust in March 2024, this is a pivotal time for our academy. We are developing a dynamic leadership team, dedicated to meeting the needs of all our wonderful children. Your responsibility will be, through your role as Vice Principal and SENDCo, to set the strategic academic direction for vulnerable children within the academy, in conjunction with the Principal. You will ensure excellent, innovative standards of teaching and learning are achieved across the academy. The role requires the unique ability to balance the specific needs of the individual student with the broad needs of the whole academy: to command the respect of staff, pupils, parents/carers and Governors.
