As a

Content Video Creator , you will be at the heart of our storytelling efforts, producing visually engaging video and multimedia content for use across digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to craft dynamic videos and social media content that align with our business goals and resonate with our diverse global audience.

About the role

Monday - Friday office based working (Stirling Head Office) - 8.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break).

Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop video concepts aligned with campaign strategies and business objectives.

Plan, script, produce, and edit high-quality videos, including promotional content, case studies, social media clips, and event highlights.

Create engaging video content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

Enhance video content with motion graphics, captions, transitions, and effects to ensure a professional and visually appealing final product.

Optimise videos for different platforms, ensuring accessibility, brand consistency, and audience engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and cultural sensitivity.

Stay updated on video production trends and social media best practices, continuously innovating to improve content.

Design skills for creating graphics or multimedia assets for video overlays and standalone marketing materials.

Experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is advantageous.

Who are we looking for

Proven experience in video production and content creation, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).

Strong understanding of content strategies for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

Excellent scripting, storyboarding, and conceptualisation skills for impactful video content.

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback efficiently.

Familiarity with optimising video content for social media and digital platforms.

Graphic design skills and experience with design tools are a strong plus.
