We produce a range of business-to-business websites, magazines, and events focused on luxury fashion and jewellery, healthcare, hospitality, and catering for professionals. ITP UK is seeking a creative and skilled Videographer to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing live events and producing engaging social media content from the footage. This role combines technical expertise in videography with a creative vision to effectively showcase our events and brand identity.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for video production across formats including Reels, TikTok, interviews, live events, vlogs, and awards trailers for ITP UK. Film on set and on location, ensuring all necessary equipment is prepared and maintained in proper working order. Ensure correct lighting and audio clarity with the appropriate lens choice for each shoot. Set up and break down cameras, microphones, lighting, props, and other necessary equipment. Troubleshoot minor technical issues with video cameras and associated equipment. Ensure consistency in filming and footage from start to finish, maintaining high production quality. Maintain and update equipment inventory to ensure all gear is in optimal condition. Work with creative teams and clients to plan video shoots based on agreed briefs or storyboards. Track and adhere to agreed schedules for filming and overall production processes. Undertake minor editing of footage after recording to ensure final content meets the required standard. Stay up-to-date with video trends across various formats, especially social media, to bring fresh ideas to ITP UK content. Manage time effectively, working flexible hours as required by shoot schedules, including early or late shoots, and collaborate with the production team to maintain an agreed, efficient schedule. Skills/Knowledge, and Qualifications: Expert understanding of cinematography and lighting, with experience in videography essential. Proficient in working with professional camera equipment such as Canon Mark 4 and EOSR, Sony FX3, CR5, or similar; audio equipment such as shotgun mics, lapel mics; and lighting/grip equipment. Experience in pre-production planning, in-studio and field production. Ability to operate creatively, dynamically, and flexibly when situations change. Strong understanding of software including Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is desirable), Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
