Supervise villa services staff to ensure high-quality guest experiences Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and guest requests Conduct inspections to ensure villas meet cleanliness and readiness standards Train and mentor villa services team members Address guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution Monitor inventory of villa supplies and amenities Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest stays Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs Experience and Qualifications
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance protocols Familiarity with hospitality software is an asset Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Application Process
