£63,613pa What will you do as our Village Manager? Take overall responsibility of all aspects of life at the Village as a 24/7, 365-day operation Manage relationships with leaseholders and tenants Motivate a multi-disciplined team Maintain high standards of care, support and hospitality for which we have become renowned Inspire and motivate your team to achieve KPI targets As our

Village Manager , you will be at the heart of what we do, and will live and breathe our commitment to providing unrivalled standards of care to our residents, within an outstanding community environment. Our ideal Village Manager: Will have/work towards an NVQ4, RMA, LMCS or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care Strong customer service ethic and problem-solving abilities Experience of successful contract negotiation/management Excellent leadership skills with a track record of people management Financial and business acumen In return, our Village Manager will receive a
