As this is a specialist role, we hope you already have a passion for all genres of music. But we’ll give you all the training and support you need to develop your skills as part of our team. You don’t need to have any retail experience – we’ve got you covered. You can also get some lunch and travel costs too. Sorting, researching and valuing vinyl donations Keeping the vinyl section well-stocked and organised Spotting rare and collectable records Establishing a customer base that trusts your judgement Improve your communication skills as part of a team Get retail experience while working with the music you love You can keep busy behind the scenes, sorting, researching, and pricing records. Or maybe you’d like to be on the shop floor, keeping the shelves full and talking with our fantastic customers. Whatever works for you. Along with learning all about this role, you can branch out and try other things. Whether it’s about the shop floor or behind the scenes, we will help you to learn as many skills as you want.
