As a VIP & Influencer Coordinator at Belmond Trains & Cruises, you are part of a team that executes the Key Opinion Leader (KOL)/Influencer and VIP strategy for the Trains & Cruises portfolio. In this role, you will assist the Divisional Communications Manager in delivering high-profile events and managing VIP and influencer relations. Primary Responsibilities Include:
Engaging key stakeholders, enhancing brand presence and contributing to the success of influencer activations and events.
Supporting the planning, coordination and execution of high-profile events, ensuring all logistics are seamless and the experience meets brand expectations.
Supporting the development and execution of KOL strategies, ensuring the successful activation of influencers across the portfolio.
Assisting the Communications Manager in executing the overall VIP and Events strategy, aligning with broader communications and marketing objectives.
Working closely with the Communications Manager and Social Media Manager to support audience growth targets and content creation needs for events and VIP activations.
Develop a deep understanding of pure players and their role in the digital landscape to drive strategic decisions.
Acting as a brand ambassador at events, maintaining a strong understanding of the brand’s values and ensuring it is consistently represented.
Requirements
What You Bring:
Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK.
At least 2-4 years’ experience in event coordination, VIP relations, or communications, preferably within luxury lifestyle industries.
Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and to thrive in fast-paced environments.
A solid understanding and knowledge of influencer and KOL marketing, social media platforms and trends, and how they can be leveraged to boost brand visibility.
Creativity, energy, and a passion for event planning and brand representation.
