Compensation:
• Annual salary between $90,000 - $110,000 with a full benefits package
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct client assessments and build therapy plans that reflect each person’s unique needs.
• Offer remote therapy sessions designed to help clients work through challenges and meet their goals.
• Use telehealth to bridge the gap and remove the barriers to accessing therapy.
• Provide a safe, empathetic space where clients feel understood and heard.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records to ensure high-quality care.
• Stay engaged in professional development and continuous learning.
What We’re Looking For:
• A licensed LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW with a relevant master’s degree.
• Experience providing therapy independently and with empathy.
• Ability to connect with clients virtually and build trust remotely.
• Comfortable using telehealth technology to conduct sessions.
