We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior ERP Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our existing ERP system and contributing to the development of new functionalities in a Windows environments. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in ERP processes and principles and have a good understanding of ERP systems.


ERP Management


Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop and maintain software applications within our ERP system, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.

Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of ERP system functionalities, including enhancements and bug fixes.

Assist in the integration of the ERP system with other business systems and third-party applications.

Perform system analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth system operation.

Innovation and Professionalism

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements for new features and functionalities.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in ERP systems and software development practices.

Assist in the documentation of system architecture, coding standards, and development processes.

Provide timely support and assistance to end-users in resolving system-related issues.

Maintain a proactive and positive attitude while working on assigned tasks, ensuring efficient delivery within deadlines.


Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience of at least 4 years in a similar role.

  • Understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.

  • Proficiency with at least one programming language (such as Java, C#, or Python) and familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, business processes, with hands-on experience in implementing or maintaining ERP software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug software applications.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

  •  Prior experience working on enterprise-level software projects or ERP system implementation is a plus.

  • Knowledge of SQL language and relational DB.

  • Delivers timely information and reporting (delivering to deadlines set on the job list and keeping on top of communication).

  • Initiative and Innovation.

  • Team player attitude with proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with external suppliers and colleagues.

  • Fluency in English
