We are currently looking for a talented Quality Inspection Planner. In this role you will be responsible for the planning of QComp and NDT inspections according to the Team Leaders instructions, you will follow the traceability of inspections; manage the logistics of the components and additional QComp and NDT activities to support the inspections and the identification of the parts.


Inspection Planning


Create and maintain a daily inspection plan for Quality Composite Department (QComp) and NDT Inspectors using the designated tools.


Ensure components are available for inspection by QComp Inspectors and NDT Technicians.


Assure that inspection plans are clearly communicated across departments and fully understood by all relevant team members to guarantee seamless coordination and alignment.


Gather and manage information related to the planning of incoming and current component usage.


Ensure adherence to the specific release plan by collaborating with the QComp, NDT Department, in close coordination with the Composite Production Area.


Logistics


Manage the logistics of components as they pass through the Quality Department (including management of QComp Storage Area).


Ensure the most efficient and effective flow of Component Inspections within the Quality Department.


Oversee additional Quality Department activities assigned by the Head of Quality, providing timely feedback and updates.

Professionalism


Provide support for investigations related to car faults and issues, assisting the Reliability Department, Design Office, and Race Team as required.


Knowledge of precision mechanics and measurement tools:


  • Coordinate Measuring Machines (preferably Zeiss and / or Mitutoyo);

  • Antropomorphic Measuring Arms with laser scanning head (preferably with Polyworks software);

  • Standard bench tools (micrometer, vernier, gauge blocks, roughness meter, hardness meter, etc.

Knowledge of Automotive Quality Systems and Procedures, including:


  • Ability to work with external suppliers;

  • Knowledge of non-conformity management and traceability concept.

Experience

  • Technical high school diploma

  • Knowledge of composite production processes

  • Experience in reading technical drawings

  • Preferred knowledge of NDT procedures

  • Preferred familiarity with ERP systems

  • Preferred work experience as a technical operator in composite production, quality inspector in machine shop areas, or as an NDT technician

  • Knowledge of the English language (minimum B1 level)

  • High flexibility, availability to work in shifts, overtime and during weekends

  • Reactive, proactive, motorsport passionate
