Technology is integral to the operation of the V&A and plays a fundamental role in enabling the Museum to achieve its strategic objectives.

The Visitor Technology Team Leader responsibilities include: Managing a team of three technicians. Assisting the Visitor Technology Partner in the management of the end-to-end delivery of V&A Visitor Technology projects and AV into service across all exhibitions and galleries in the V&A estate. Taking a lead role in the delivery of projects through the entire project lifecycle. Ensuring that projects are creative solutions, delivered within budget, on schedule, and within scope.
