We open them up, share their stories and find new ways for everybody to enjoy, learn, play and create. We are looking for a Visitor Welcome Supervisor to join our team. The role is part time and permanent, working 18 hours per week, three days a week. There may be additional hours at peak times and to cover holiday for other members of the team. As a Visitor Welcome Supervisor, you will join an amazing team of employees and volunteers, ensuring all our visitors have a great experience from arrival to departure. You will motivate the welcome team, providing excellent customer service, where your passion and enthusiasm will engage and inspire our visitors to become members of English Heritage. Minimum Requirements: Drive to succeed and thrive on exceeding targets as part of a team Demonstrable understanding of the principles of excellent customer care and visitor service Comfortable using basic technology Willingness to follow site procedures and priorities, with the ability to overcome obstacles and problem solve Our interview and offer process will take place between 17th February - 10th March 2025, with new starters joining in the week of 24th March 2025.
