Job Description

Training

Develop and implement a program of brand, product and merchandising training for Tissot key account stores within the defined territory. Maintain training figures for Tissot key account stores within the defined territory including number of staff and staff names are recorded for each session. Respond to specific training requests from Tissot retail partners in the appropriate manner ensuring high standards of service are provided. Provide support to other members of the Tissot team with brand and link training where necessary. Attend and participate in external training across the UK. Provide feedback on training materials produced by Tissot HQ to allow continual development of these.

Visual Merchandising Ensure the POS and position of the Tissot brand is in line with the strict quality standards of the brand. Develop and implement a program of visual merchandising training for all Tissot key account stores. Provide day to day assistance to Tissot retail partners ensuring their visual merchandising meets Tissot guidelines. Identify secondary branding sites within and around Tissot retail partners and ensure Tissot gets maximum visibility at the POS. Provide support to other members of the Tissot team with visual merchandising training. Provide feedback on visual merchandising materials and practices provided by Tissot HQ to allow continual development of these. Roll out marketing visuals and POS materials to the stores. Make sure that all points of sale have the materials they need to correctly display and sell the product they need.

Accounts Specific responsibility for defined key account & independent stores. Support the Tissot Territory Account managers when necessary.

Administration Maintain and report each week to the Tissot Brand Manager and Key Account Manager detailing key account training figures. Maintain training figures for the brand within defined territory. Ensure accuracy of data for the Brand at all times. Take pictures and fill out reports during every store visit.

General Brand Objectives Ensure that all new product and marketing activity is communicated to your account portfolio and implemented along brand guidelines. Improve the in-store presentation of the Tissot range within all accounts. Identify and pursue opportunities to improve points of distribution.

Profile

This role is Field based role covering the South & South West Region with the ideal candidate based around the Reading/Basingstoke/West London area. Ensure that Tissot retail partners are provided with brand, product and link training. Ensure the qualitative visual merchandising guidelines are met by Tissot retail partners. Roll out marketing and merchandising materials to all POS in the relevant area.

Professional Requirements

Key Skills Visual merchandising experience within the luxury goods/jewellery market. Experience training sales teams/consumers within the luxury goods/jewellery market. An artistic flair. Good communicator. Use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word). Able to independently plan own workload and work within the field to achieve desired aims.
