As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you'll serve as the creative representative for visual presentation both within the store and across the board of business, partnering with the Regional VM Manager when required.

What you'll do

Demonstrate a deep understanding of visual merchandising, show your creative flair and imagination. Collaborate with store management to deliver an outstanding visual proposition showcasing the Primark Brand through windows and in-store. Lead a high performing visual merchandising team to provide a great shopping experience and store environment to maximise sales. Drive your own development by taking advantage of our digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways and see yourself grow in a supportive place powered by our people.

What you'll bring

As a creative ambassador, you will ignite the imagination of your team to express their creativity through visual displays. Here's what we need from you: Leadership experience and coaching skills - ability to influence your team to communicate and be engaging. Encourage and coach your team in developing their talent for design, colour, and style. Excellent eye for detail and a strong interest in current and future design trends. Understanding of visual / spatial awareness.
