Chief Operating Officer
to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee our company’s business operations and report to the CEO. You will ensure the company has effective operational and delivery procedures in place. You have strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. You will lead our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in the role or similar position, preferably in the IT Industry. - Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity. - Understanding of advanced business planning and delivery issues. - Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics. - Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues. - Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise. - Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership. - Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels. - Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering is a preferred qualification.
