The Job:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Vocational Specialist Trainer to deliver apprenticeship training in Bus and Coach Engineering. This new role is expected to grow, and you will be responsible for delivering both practical and theoretical training to apprentices, with regular 8-10 week progress reviews. The role involves monitoring learner progress, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the successful delivery of apprenticeship standards. In this role, you will work closely with the Functional Skills team, liaise with Account Managers, and act as an ambassador for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training and assessments to apprentices.
Conduct progress reviews every 8-10 weeks in line with caseload.
Monitor off-the-job training and collaborate with other teams to ensure learners' progress.
Maintain and develop lesson plans and teaching resources.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Safeguarding, and Equal Opportunities policies.
The Person:
For this role, our client is looking for someone who has gained the Bus and Coach Engineering Technician qualification and has experience in delivering vocational training. You’ll also need to be organized, have excellent communication skills, and be flexible.
Salary:
£40-45,000

37 hours per week, working Monday – Friday.
