An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Voice and Participation team as a Voice and Participation Practitioner. You would be part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting and facilitating young people to participate in activities that ensure their voice makes a difference to the design and delivery of services. You will play a role in promoting the safety and welfare of children, prioritising the most vulnerable. You will promote and facilitate the participation of young people in all aspects of service design, delivery, staff recruitment, and ensure their voices are recorded and acted upon. You will ensure activities are delivered in line with relevant legislation, local and national policy, and guidance.
