Role
Installation of Voice & Data Network Cabling.
Responsibilities
Cat 6/Cat6a/Cat7, Telephone, Fibre Optic, Containment and Cabinets.
Active equipment installations to include Wireless and RF equipment usually at height.
Working safely at all times including works at height adhering to all rules, standards and training procedures.
Ensuring all under your supervision do the same.
From initial customer contact and/or attendance on site to project completion, provide quality copper & fibre optic installation to include containment systems, comms cabinet/enclosures, pulling of cables, looming, termination, testing and labelling.
Site surveys and occasional customer meetings.
When required, supervision of Contractors and other staff.
Requirements
Maintaining a professional and respectful demeanour in all interactions with staff, customers, trades persons and other individuals encountered in your role as a company representative.
To complete works in a safe manner and adhering to all safety policies, instructions, industry standards and site induction processes at all times.
Actively seek solutions to issues as they arise but also asking for help when needed.
To be honest and open, accepting of feedback and have a willingness to learn new skills.
Must be flexible, travelling every day and working away is a part of the job.
