The Role The Voice Sales Specialist will work collaboratively with the sales team to drive voice-related solutions and services. This role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating product capabilities, and providing technical expertise during the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice technologies and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities

Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for voice solutions and support the sales process from initial engagement to close. Income Generation : Work with the Account Management team to develop and execute strategies aimed at generating quarterly income targets through voice solutions. Customer Engagement : Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase voice solutions and their benefits to potential clients. Technical Expertise : Provide in-depth technical knowledge of voice solutions, including VoIP, unified communications, and contact centre technologies. Requirements Gathering : Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Product Innovation Leadership : Lead initiatives for product innovation and consolidation, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance existing offerings and develop new solutions that meet market demands. Proposal Development : Assist in the creation of tailored proposals and responses to RFPs that highlight the value of our voice solutions. Training and Enablement : Provide training and support to the sales team on voice solutions, keeping them informed about product updates and market trends. Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation. Customer Feedback : Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to inform future enhancements and innovations.
