About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee 2-3 void properties for a leading social housing contractor in the Liverpool and Manchester areas. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a proven track record in void property management, looking to make a real impact in the social housing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the refurbishment and turnaround of void properties, ensuring they are ready for occupancy.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations across all sites.
Conduct site inspections, address issues promptly, and ensure quality control standards are met.
Provide regular progress updates and reports to project stakeholders.
Requirements:
Essential: Recent experience managing void properties within the social housing sector.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently across multiple sites.
