As a Void Work Operations Officer in the Temporary Accommodation Affordable Housing Team, you will enhance living standards in Westminster. Working alongside our Housing Investment Team, you will play an integral role in void work projects, focusing on improving temporary and affordable housing. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to deliver impactful housing projects, combining project management with financial expertise. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Building Inspector in confirming and signing-off on building works, conducting site visits, monitoring project progress, creating project schedules, and budget tracking processes. You will maintain rigorous health and safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a proactive individual with great organization and prioritizing skills, capable of balancing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines. If you have experience or a relevant qualification in void work operations or project management in the housing sector, that would be a bonus. You should have well-developed Excel and Power BI skills, with a good understanding of building financial models and dashboard creation. What We Offer:
