Voids Manager West London Local Authority 55,000 - 60,000 + Package Role: We are looking for a Voids Manager to join a local authority managing Voids across West London. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who has a sound knowledge of Voids maintenance and managing contractors to support the service in a management role. Areas covered are Hounslow, Twickenham, Isleworth, Feltham and surrounding areas. The Voids Manager will get involved in increasing productivity and driving results across the team. As a key member of the Void Maintenance Management Team, you will lead a team delivering a first-class Void and maintenance service to our residents and customers. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service and sound financial decision making. Experience of managing people, delivering customer service and financial results will therefore be essential. Key Skills: Experience of leading, supervising and motivating a large maintenance team Knowledge of Voids and Reactive Repairs Track record of delivering excellent customer service and resident satisfaction against KPIs Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation Experience of implementing and maintaining good Health and Safety Demonstrable financial acumen & commercial awareness Ability to build positive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders If this sounds like an opportunity that could be of interest, please apply with your CV.
