Spencer & James Recruitment are seeking a Voids Supervisor to join a leading Tier 1 Principal Contractor to ensure social housing maintenance contracts meet and exceed the needs of residents.
What You'll Be Doing Manage Workflows:
Schedule and oversee maintenance tasks to meet standards and SLAs. Represent the Team:
Attend client and resident meetings as required. Ensure Performance:
Monitor repairs, manage costs, and analyze KPIs and feedback. Lead Your Team:
Develop your team and optimize staffing levels for efficient service.
What You Bring Holder of a SSSTS or SMSTS qualification. Full UK driving licence. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in responsive maintenance.
