A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for one of the leading property maintenance organisations in the UK, working as a Voids Supervisor in their maintenance division, covering various locations in London.
Responsibilities: Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will initially be responsible for the supervision and direction of trades staff carrying out reactive maintenance work in occupied domestic properties. You will ensure that the work is carried out to the required standard and completed in a timely fashion.
Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in this role is essential, including looking after multiple trades and projects at any one time. A trade background is a huge advantage, and a full driving licence and flexible outlook are essential.
