We are seeking an administrator to support our Corporate Partnerships Manager by recording and inputting data into Raisers Edge, our fundraising database. This includes all communications and contact we have had with our Corporate Partners. You will be provided with training on how to use Raisers Edge. We ask you to commit to at least one regular session per week. This could be 10am – 1pm, and alternative time slots can be arranged. What you’ll be doing:
Recording information on Raisers Edge Ensuring dates, donations, names of contact details are all accurate Updating contact lists Assisting with new enquiries What’s in it for you?

At least 18 years old. Interested in volunteering for at least 6 months for at least 3 hours per week. All volunteers are assessed individually for the volunteer roles they are applying for. We strongly believe in equal opportunities and welcome applicants who are representative of our diverse communities. Your Skills and Abilities:
Enjoy working in a team environment. Good organisational skills. Basic IT skills Maintain confidentiality in accordance with Isabel Hospice guidelines Demonstrate Isabel Hospice values Identify yourself as a volunteer while carrying out your duties All appointments are at the discretion of the management team. Thank you for supporting Isabel Hospice. Please note this is an unpaid volunteer opportunity. Isabel Hospice is a local charity and each year we care for hundreds of people across eastern Hertfordshire. All our care is free and can be provided in your home, at our community hubs or our In-Patient Unit.
