Head Office Volunteer 16 Jan 2025 South Wales We are looking for a fabulous volunteer to join our busy People & Development team, to give us a hand with our learning platform.

Your role would be to help with our learning platform design and creation.

Our office is a fast-paced one, with no day the same. This is a really exciting new role for us in the Charity, to help one of our busiest departments with their workload.

Whether you would like a career in IT and would use this as a platform or just want to give back and love working using your IT skill set, this is the volunteer role for you! What will I be doing?

Assisting with our E-learning platform What skills do I need?

A friendly and enthusiastic approach and the ability to get on well with others Strong IT skills and knowledge Background or skills in platform design and creation Experience of Moodle Knowledge of inclusive and diverse technology use on platforms Methodical with good attention to detail Pro-active with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a flexible approach to tasks Ability to work as part of a team An organised approach to working and managing a project How much time do I need to commit?

We would love our volunteer to be able to commit to one day a week, preferably a Tuesday in the office, although some work can be done remotely if you have your own IT equipment. What support will I be given?

The HR team will be on hand to support you in your role Receive an induction, training, and development for your role You’ll also have the opportunity to use our eLearning training system, with access to online courses What benefits can I expect?

You will be based in our Head Office, located at Jones Court, Womanby Street, Cardiff, with some remote working if you have access to your own IT equipment.
