About the Opportunity We’re seeking a highly motivated and organised Volunteer Executive Assistant to provide invaluable support to our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and results-oriented individual to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and exciting environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare and distribute meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Conduct research and compile reports as required. Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and internal communications. Maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed. Gain invaluable experience in a dynamic and fast-growing company. Develop essential skills in administration, communication, project management, and time management.
