Pending We are looking for a Product Specialist who can take pride in bringing Volvo’s brand values to life, and ensure all customers enjoy the best possible experience within the retail environment. We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals with experience in a customer-centric role. Your responsibilities will include: Providing customers with specific and relevant information about new and used Volvo Cars, accessories and merchandise. Planning and performing product presentations to customers on new and used cars. Supporting the planning, managing and delivery of test drives. Offering additional product insight to both sales and aftersales customers. Managing retailer product display and accessory merchandising. Planning, managing and delivering customer handovers for new and used cars. Photography & Videography of New & Used cars once prepared for sale. As a Product Specialist, confident communication skills are key - face-to-face, on the phone and online. If your application is successful, you will be enrolled on the Volvo Product Specialist certification programme; designed to give you all the skills and knowledge needed to deliver the finest Volvo customer experience.
