VP Distribution Risk

Joining a top tier international Bank Significant exposure to senior stakeholders About Our Client A leading International Bank Job Description The core element of the role is to supervise and manage the loan underwriting business across Europe. You would work robustly with the Loan Capital Markets side of the business as well as Credit Risk. You will be supporting the MD in terms of the loan underwriting book and risk framework and procedures and be a key point of contact in relation to distribution risk. You will be focused on the distribution risk of selling a transaction onward. You will be reviewing Loan Capital Markets risk assessment of each underwrite and you will form an independent view on distribution risk. High volume of transactions which cover all markets and sectors. The Successful Applicant Candidates with a mix of Loan Capital Markets, Loan Syndications, and Credit Risk would probably work well in the role, but it will also need to be someone who has an appetite for learning and for rolling up their sleeves and getting involved. Good communication skills are required given you will be required to work closely with multiple teams as well as liaise with senior stakeholders.
