FM & Real Estate Sourcing Manager (VP)
, you will be regarded as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a variety of £Multi-Million procurement sub-categories including, but not limited to, Catering, Cleaning, Waste Services (Soft FM), Engineering & Building Services, Fit-Out & Construction (Hard FM). Procurement role summary: Managing and mentoring an experienced FM Procurement Specialist Collaborating with an executive and highly intelligent stakeholder community, ensuring procurement plays an integral part in the Firm's aggressive expansion plans Developing the procurement sourcing strategy across the FM category to deliver measurable benefits to the Firm Implementing the strategic sourcing process including stakeholder engagement, opportunity assessment, market and requirements analysis, establishing sourcing strategy, supplier selection & negotiation, and contract/supplier management. In order to be successful you must have: Significant FM and Real Estate Procurement, Sourcing & Category Management experience with a successful track record of handling £ multi-million procurement projects and managing market leading FM vendors Degree & MCIPS preferred (not essential) Strong tendering, negotiating and stakeholder management experience (including RFP, RFQ stages, etc.) A high level of articulacy and professionalism This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FM Procurement Manager to fast-track one's career towards Directorship within a collaborative, enjoyable, and flexible working environment.
