We are a growing team of 50+ people, working primarily remote, headquartered in Australia and consisting of teams working across APAC and Europe. About The Role To further build iion’s position as a global game advertising player, we are looking for someone to head the ad marketplace globally. The VP of Marketplace becomes a vocal advocate for game advertising and leads iion's programmatic efforts to the next level. The role reports into one of the Co-Founders and is a remote role with some travel involved. The position is primarily open to candidates who reside in the European time zone, but feel free to apply from other locations if you are a perfect match. Role Responsibilities: Lead a team of ambitious commercial and operational people to drive growth and commercial success across the leading gaming ad exchange worldwide. Define and implement growth strategies across various regions to further accelerate the growth of the gaming exchange. Responsible for developing existing publisher relations and driving new game publishers business across mobile app and web. Responsible for existing programmatic demand and developing business with industry-leading DSPs and SSPs. Ensure ad operations and publisher yield are fully optimized. Work closely with marketing to implement ABM strategies, develop sales materials, and identify marketing opportunities. Forecast, track, and measure commercial KPIs using CRM and reporting. Create, automate, and improve processes that drive business growth and service delivery. Attend webinars and industry events to build/solidify partnerships and maintain industry knowledge. Role Requirements: 10+ years of relevant experience within the AdTech Ecosystem with at least 4+ years of experience driving commercial and operational teams. In-depth understanding of programmatic sales and operations. Established relations with leading DSPs and SSPs is highly regarded. Detail-oriented, analytical mindset mixed with an outgoing personality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong spelling and grammar. Strong leadership skills.
