Overview: As the VP of Product, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, development, and execution to drive growth and success in alignment with the company's vision and objectives. This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record in SaaS product management, a deep understanding of market trends, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the executive team. Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals. Identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage within the market. Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, engineers, and QA to execute the product roadmap. Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product organization. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth. Stay abreast of industry developments and technological advancements to inform product strategy and roadmap. Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, gathering and incorporating customer feedback into the product lifecycle. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their pain points, challenges, and requirements. Leadership and Team Development: Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to empower team members to achieve their full potential. Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering, to ensure alignment and drive overall business success. Act as a liaison between the product team and executive leadership, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Many years of experience in product management, with extensive in a leadership role at a SaaS company. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling SaaS products, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices in product development. Passion for technology and innovation, with a curiosity to explore new ideas and approaches. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact and ROI. London - ideally a couple of days a week hybrid
