to triple turnover by 2026, expand into the US and EMEA markets, and become Manchester’s first tech unicorn. About the Role: As the VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth trajectory by building, developing, and motivating a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy, targeting both new markets and existing partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and lead a world-class sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals. Develop and implement sales strategies for domestic and international markets (US and EMEA). Build strong relationships with OEM clients and expand OEM partnerships. Deliver on revenue targets and help drive the company toward its goal of becoming a tech unicorn. Work closely with the leadership team to align sales efforts with broader business objectives. About You: We’re looking for a proven sales leader with: Experience working with OEMs. A strong track record of building and scaling sales teams in high-growth tech environments. The ability to deliver exceptional results in competitive markets. Strategic vision coupled with hands-on leadership skills.
