Vice President of Sales, UK , you’ll be the driving force behind our revenue strategy and growth in the UK market. This is a unique opportunity for a highly ambitious sales leader to take ownership of a critical function that will directly impact the company's success and long-term profitability. You’ll lead a high-performing sales team of 150+ professionals, shaping the direction of our sales operations and creating a culture of excellence and accountability. With your strong leadership and passion for growth, you will ensure the UK sales team remains results-driven, efficient, and laser-focused on hitting and exceeding revenue targets. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to unlock new opportunities, maximize lead generation, and deliver a portfolio of solutions that our customers truly value. Collaboration is key— you’ll partner with the Managing Directors of Accountancy, HCM, and Education to execute our go-to-market strategy and drive exceptional results across each sector. Global Chief Revenue Officer , you’ll serve as their trusted deputy on all revenue-related matters, ensuring we achieve our ambitious goals. What You’ll Do: Lead and inspire a 150+ strong UK sales team to exceed revenue goals and unlock untapped growth potential. Shape the UK sales strategy, driving sales performance and optimizing efficiency to hit targets. Cultivate and enhance strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Product) to align strategy and maximize revenue potential. Collaborate with Managing Directors of Accountancy, HCM, and Education to execute sector-specific go-to-market strategies and deliver revenue growth across the business. Foster a people-first culture that empowers your team to achieve their full potential while delivering exceptional results. What We’re Looking For: A proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, driving revenue growth and managing high-performance teams. Recently operated as a senior leader in Sales of a software and/or SaaS business operating at the scale of > £100 million; ideally with market knowledge that is applicable and aligns with IRIS’s markets A strategic thinker with the ability to execute at a tactical level, managing multiple priorities while delivering results. A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused culture and knows how to motivate, coach, and develop top talent. Strong experience in managing sales teams of 100+ people, with an exceptional ability to scale and lead large teams to success.
