Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute cutting-edge strategies for IT infrastructure and cloud operations. Infrastructure Management: Oversee data centers, networks, servers, storage, and cloud systems ensuring top-notch reliability, security, and scalability. Cloud Center of Excellence: Lead our Cloud COE, fostering innovation and excellence. Collaboration: Work with IT leaders to sync infrastructure and cloud operations with company-wide IT strategy. Budget & Resource Management: Efficiently manage budgets and resources dedicated to IT infrastructure and cloud operations. Cloud Strategy: Craft and implement robust cloud strategies, including migration, deployment, and continuous management. Vendor Oversight: Manage relationships with cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for optimal performance and cost-efficiency. Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for cloud security, compliance, and governances Leadership: Mentor and lead a talented team of IT professionals, including infrastructure engineers, cloud architects, and operations staff. Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest IT infrastructure and cloud operations trends.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution. Advanced degree in mathematics, physics, business, finance, statistics, computer science, quantitative methods, or law is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in technology infrastructure and cloud operations. Proven leadership and management prowess. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Deep understanding of data center management, network architecture, server and storage systems, and cloud systems. Experience in large, complex organizations, preferably in the electric and gas utility sector. Knowledge of data and analytics technologies is an advantage.

Physical Requirements:

Capable of effective written and verbal communication. Manual dexterity for operating computers and office equipment.

Working Conditions:

Participation in the organization s Emergency Operation Plan (EOP) is required. Regular hours with occasional overtime; may involve rotating shifts. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
