About the role
We are looking to expand our front of house teams at The House of KOKO, and are looking for waiters to our 2 concept restaurants. The identity of The House of KOKO is all set around entertainment and engagement, within our House, we thrive to offer excellent food and beverage, along with the cultural element and a wide range of live performances.
Stage Kitchen - members area – Intimate dining and supper clubs, menu is carefully created around seasonal ingredients
Roof garden terrace - members area - Mediterranean sharing plates, high-end service set with DJ’s and elevated brunch events during the weekends

About you:
We are looking for exceptional waiters. Experience and product knowledge are essential, but full training will be provided. With that said, we believe that someone with the following key attributes will thrive with us;

- Kind, engaging and fun with personality and strong communication skills
- Attention to detail, organised and diligent.
