Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Waiter/Waitress to join its thriving hospitality team in the Fourth Floor Brasserie in Leeds. About the role
As an Waiter, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their dining dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:
- Provide our customers with outstanding customer service skills
- Serving amazing food and beverages to our customers and giving them an outstanding experience from the moment they sit down
- Develop your knowledge of our menu, lists and products and keep up to date with the latest trends
- Deliver the food and drink quickly and efficiently with style and pizzazz
- Flexibility is a must; customer service cant wait during weekends and evenings!
