Our dynamic, international organization is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our team for an exciting opportunity in our London office. The successful applicant will be involved with:

Accounting oversight: Ensuring that accounting records are accurate and that reported results comply with accounting and Group standards. Financial planning and reporting: Preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly financial reports for local management team and Group. Financial analysis: Producing financial analysis and commentary for local management team and Group. Managing audits: Lead fieldwork packs and request lists from external accountants, tax advisors and auditors. Ensuring compliance: Ensuring the company complies with local laws and regulations and Group matters. Financial risk management: Working with local leadership team to ensure adherence to Group standards. Cash flow management: Producing third-party and inter-company cash flow forecasts. Training: Leading the training process for the finance department and admin team. Key Activities include:

Project Accounting - data quality, income recognition and work-in-progress Sales & Gross Profit - variance analysis and commentary Balance Sheet - reconciliations and integrity thereof Accounts Receivable - order to cash (credit controller and admin supervisor) Accounts Payable - procure to pay suppliers and overheads (accounts assistants) Overheads - oversight of accounting for property and other administration expenses Cashflow - oversee cashbook actuals and forecasts The successful applicant will have/be:

Relationship management and interpersonal skills Communication, influencing and negotiating skills Strategy (development and) Implementation skills Pragmatic approach to (and) problem solving and decision making skills Coaching and people management skills PC literate with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint operational skills Administration and Man Management skills Accountant fully qualified or qualified by experience Experience in a similar role (essential) Are you up for the challenge?
