Ward Administrator

within the Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI) system. If you are looking to make a meaningful impact in healthcare administration, this role is perfect for you! Position:

Ward Administrator Band:

3 Hours:

9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday Contract Duration:

Until March 2025 initially Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to Ward Managers, assisting with complaints and clinical incidents. Manage mail distribution and ensure timely processing of outgoing correspondence. Complete payroll and absence documentation efficiently. Collaborate on staff rota and manage requests for bank and agency staff. Develop effective communication systems to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications: Educational Requirements: 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C, including English Language, and 1 year similar experience OR 2 years of relevant clerical/administrative experience. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate: Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently while exercising initiative and judgement.
