Ward Administrator.

From meeting and greeting patients upon arrival to the hospital to supporting the Ward Management team with all administrative duties, you will play an essential role within the department, providing outstanding support to both employees and patients. Based from The McIndoe Centre, East Grinstead, this is a part-time (20-hours per week), permanent role, with fantastic opportunities to develop a long-term career within a recognised Centre of Excellence.

The 30-hours will be split over 2-days (Wednesday and Thursday), working 7am to 5:30pm on each day. About you: You will have a passion for customer service, providing excellent administrative and personal support to everyone who walks through The McIndoe Theatre Doors. Excellent communication skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with your team and our patients. Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning. IT savvy! We use a varied range of IT software. Ensure that your working ethic remains aligned to our core values as a group: Caring, Friendly, Quality, Integrity and Pride. Salary: up to £12,948.00 per annum (£24,277.50 FTE) Important Information: In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
