Main duties of the job The Medicine for Older People department at the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS) are delighted to be able to offer a fantastic opportunity for a senior nurse interested in making the progression into a leadership position. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual, with a passion for the care of the elderly patient, for service improvement, and for staff development and well being. We are a care group with a strong emphasis on delivering quality, patient centred care, with an emphasis on a MDT approach and collaborative working.
