1st Level Registered Nurse on the relevant part of the NMC Register. Recognized mentorship qualification and experience as a Sign Off mentor. Degree or working towards one. Extensive experience in specialty, including considerable experience at Band 6 level. Evidence of clinical leadership ability. Evidence of continuing professional development. Evidence of utilizing evidence in practice. Expert clinical skills. Logical and consistent career pattern. Ability to prioritize and deliver agreed objectives.
