Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Registered Professional to take on the role of Ward Manager for our inpatient ward at Ludlow Community Hospital. The post holder will be responsible for leading inpatient care services, working in conjunction with therapy, non-clinical, and corporate service leads to ensure that we provide the very highest staff and patient experience, supporting best clinical outcomes. The post holder will lead the day-to-day operation of the inpatient nursing services within the hospital, taking overall responsibility for the line management of nursing staff and the provision of high-quality services. They will be responsible for providing professional leadership and support to the MDT, bringing expertise in theory and practice to the ward and demonstrating compassion and inclusivity with a collaborative approach.
