Salary: £23.00 - £26.00 per hour depending on experience
Location: Haslemere
Hours: Permanent - Full Time
Shift Pattern: Mixed shifts required (days, nights, and weekends on a rotational basis), shifts will be 8 - 8

Together we are looking for an experienced deputy ward manager Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) looking for a step up into a ward manager role or an experienced ward manager looking for a new challenge. The service that you will be working in is a Mental Health hospital, where you will be supporting men and women with physical and mental health needs. This service is commutable from Guildford. Requirements
A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RGN) A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals Eligibility to live and work in the UK Strong experience in managing a team, monitoring the ward, and monitoring staff performance A minimum of 3 years of experience as a nurse in the UK A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach A positive attitude and a naturally caring and compassionate demeanor A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice Benefits
