We need an experienced, highly motivated individual who can work with our General Surgery, Colorectal and Urology team to provide high quality patient care. The role of the Ward Manager is pivotal in providing leadership and support to our nurses, while ensuring the department is managed smoothly on each shift. The quality and standard of care for patients is at the centre of this role.

This role will also allow for further development opportunities within our team. You must have the ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure, work within a large multi-disciplinary team and ensure the trust values are incorporated into practice.
