Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for a Wardrobe Team Leader to join our team!
In this role you will oversee the daily operation of Chessington’s Wardrobe Team, known to us as Basecamp. Working alongside our 3 Hosts you will ensure that Basecamp is a welcoming environment for all staff members and that they are issued with the appropriate uniform.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our staff look and feel their best by maintaining high uniform standards across the Resort and monitoring the uniform stock levels to guarantee they stay at a high level and request orders when needed.
You will perform daily laundry duties, which includes using our industrial laundry machines, and ensure that the communal locker area is kept tidy, presentable and adheres to health and safety requirements.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you will support them with any ad hoc tasks that may need performing.
You must be available to work full time, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications & Experience
Over 18 years of age Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer facing role Comfortable working with industrial laundry machines Team player and effective communicator Strong organisational skills Willingness to learn A familiarity with IT systems such as Microsoft Office and Power BI is desirable Previous management experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided Benefits
